Ingredients for Ragi Upma:
1. Ragi Flour-1 Cup
2. Curd – 50 gm
3. Chopped Onion
4. Cumin Seeds
5. Green Chillies
9. Chana Dal
10. Curry Leaves
11. Grated Coconuts
12. Coriander Leaves
Preparation for Ragi Upma:
•Take 1 cup Ragi Flour in a bowl & add the curd and give a nice mix. Consistency should be such that it does not stick to your fingers. If required, you can add some water. Keep this mixture aside.
• Take a frying pan and put some oil/ghee after the pan is heated up and then put some cumin seeds, chana dal, green chilies, hing, curry leaves, and finally the chopped onion.
•Fry it for some time and then put the ragi flour mixture into the pan and mix it well.
•If required you can sprinkle some water on it and cover the pan with a lid for 5 minutes on a low flame.
•Finally, add the grated coconuts & chopped coriander leaves and give a nice mix.
•Ragi Upma is ready and serves it hot.
